Her foundational roles delivering client side and consultancy assignments began in Johannesburg (South Africa), establishing a robust skill set in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and value optimization.

She has led the successful delivery of 100+ major projects, with a combined value exceeding 9/3 billion USD, consistently achieving on-time, within-budget results. A certified MAPM and PMP, Velda also holds qualifications in PRINCE2, MSP, PR and Marketing, reflecting her commitment to both the breadth and depth of professional capability.
